REFUND POLICY

The following Refund Policy describes how, M/s WINK N LINK PRIVATE LIMITED process refund and return requests, that we obtain through our www.winkwack.com (“Website”) and our mobile application winkwack (“Application”). The Platform and the Application will be referred to as Platform”.

 

GENERALLY, ALL CHARGES FOR PURCHASES ARE NONREFUNDABLE, AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A REFUND FOR ANY REASON, AND THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE MONEY OR ANY OTHER COMPENSATION FOR UNUSED SERVICES WHEN AN ACCOUNT IS CLOSED, WHETHER SUCH CLOSURE WAS VOLUNTARY OR INVOLUNTARY

 

  1. For cancelling subscriptions, the terms below apply:
  1. If you purchased a subscription directly from us, you may cancel or change your Payment Method via the payment settings option under your profile. If you purchased a subscription through a Third-Party Store, such as the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, you will need to access your account with that Third-Party Store and follow instructions to change or cancel your subscription. 
  2. If you cancel your subscription, you may use your subscription until the end of the period you last paid for, but 
  1. you will not be eligible for a prorated refund, 
  2. your subscription will not be renewed when that period expires.
  1. For Users protected under CCPA, the terms below apply:
  1. You may cancel your subscription, without penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of the third business day following the date you subscribed. 
  2. In the event that you die before the end of your subscription period, your estate shall be entitled to a refund of that portion of any payment you had made for your subscription which is allocable to the period after your death. 
  3. In the event that you become disabled (such that you are unable to use our Platform) before the end of your subscription period, you shall be entitled to a refund of that portion of any payment you had made for your subscription which is allocable to the period after your disability by providing us notice. 
  4. To request a refund, if you subscribed using your Apple ID, refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. You must request a refund through Apple ID. You can also submit a request at https://getsupport.apple.com. If you subscribed using your Google Play, please contact Google Play support. 
  1. For Users protected under GDPR, the terms below apply:
  1. In case of a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If you subscribed using your Apple ID, refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. You must request a refund through Apple ID. You can also submit a request at https://getsupport.apple.com. If you subscribed using your Google Play, please contact Google Play support.
  2. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we receive your returned product.

We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
